Eileen Welch, LMSW-C, C-ASWCM

• After witnessing the difficulties of finding the right care setting for her beloved grandma, Eileen was called to become an advocate for struggling families in the same boat.
• Tired of the overwhelming confusion, she received an MSW and spent years honing her expertise working with an older population. Now, she’s dedicated to helping families with clear, open, honest communication about elder care.
• If you’re frustrated by the complexity of the eldercare system, Eileen is the person to help! Her research, connections, and dedication to this field have given her expertise at sorting through your situation and getting you the results your family has been searching for!

Eileen is a graduate of Syracuse University. Her experience is broad and includes work in a nursing home, hospital, home care agency, and outpatient care setting. In addition, she has years of specialized experience providing support to caregivers of people with dementia, and aging veterans.

Eileen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager, an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care® Association.
